NORWOOD – The Norwood Village Green Concert Series will present The Northern Lights Orchestra under the direction of Chris Hosmer June 21 at 7 p.m.

The orchestra's repertoire ranges from classical music by composers such as Vivaldi and Mozart to less common programs such as traditional Celtic tunes, movie music, and music by North Country composers.

The programs reflect the orchestra's philosophy of featuring music of broad appeal, music that will interest seasoned concertgoers and newcomers alike.

Northern Lights Orchestra members include professional musicians, music teachers, accomplished amateurs, and students from the tri-county region of Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties. NLO Conductor and Music Director Christian Hosmer has conducted, taught, and performed in Northern New York for more than twenty years.

Admission is free for both events, but donations will be accepted.
