POTSDAM – North Country Junior Iron Chef will be held March 8, 2014 at A.A. Kingston Middle School and teams of three to five middle or high school students can compete.
Teams will create a healthy recipe using local ingredients and USDA commodity foods during competition against teams from surround counties.
Teams can be formed within schools, churches, clubs, afterschool programs, or just friends.
