POTSDAM -- The North Country Children’s Museum presents RobotZone for graders 1-8 on Saturday, April 9, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the University Bookstore, 39 Market St.
Participants will design and build Lego robots to solve challenges such as healthcare, sustainable energy, manufacturing, exploration, etc., that facilitate exploration of STEAM concepts.
The experience will make use of Lego kits.
Trained robotics mentors will support these hands-on experiences.
Program designed and run by Jim Carroll, professor of engineering at Clarkson University.
The cost is $10 per participant.
