POTSDAM -- North Country Children's Museum presents “Art Studio: Printmaking for Kids” April 4 from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the Clarkson Bookstore, 39 Market St.
Kids will learn new techniques in printmaking. Printmaking allows children to make multiple products using one tool or multiple copies from one design.
Each student will create a printing plate and learn the process of transferring an image from one surface to another.
Children will experiment with different tools and identify ordinary objects they can make prints from. Wear a smock.
Class is led by artist Melissa Schulenburg from St. Lawrence University.
