POTSDAM -- The North Country Children’s Museum presents Construction Zone on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the University Bookstore, 39 Market St.
The Construction Zone features an interactive wall where kids can choose pipes to fit together to create interconnecting tubes. Kids then run balls through their tubing to see how their designs work.
After, kids can try their hand at hooking together an electrical circuit to switch lights on and off. Children will learn hands-on science and functional design through this program.
Taught by Hugo Atteman and Dan Kuelgen of Dragonfly Builders.
Program geared toward children in grades K-5.
The cost is $10 per child.
Register through 267-2167 or clear@potsdam.edu.
Walk-ins welcome, if space is available.
