NORFOLK -- The Norfolk Wesleyan Church will host a trunk or treat event Halloween, Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Adults, children and pets are all invited to dress up in costume. Candy, treats, cider, and hot chocolate will be shared.
The Norfolk Fire District and Volunteer Fire Department will also participate, and will be testing and replacing smoke detectors and batteries at no charge.
