NORFOLK -- The Norfolk Rod and Gun Club’s annual rabbit hunt is set for Saturday, Dec. 12.
Entrants can pre-register until 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11 at Merriman’s in Norwood, Haun Welding in Massena, Al Smith’s in Norfolk, North Woods Outfitters in Potsdam, Performance Shooting in Westville, Village Market in Sanfordville, and Gray’s Gun Shop in Lisbon. Registration at the club will be from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Registration fee is $15.
Prizes include a muzzleloader, tree stands, a trail camera, and a popup ground blind. Youth prizes include Ruger air rifles. Each hunter needs only one rabbit to qualify for prizes. There will be no weigh-ins.
