NORFOLK -- The Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department will host its second annual lawnmower races on Sunday, Aug. 8 at the Norfolk Fire Station #3, Rt. 420, with gates opening at noon and races beginning at 1 p.m.

There will be multiple classes of races and more than a dozen trophies awarded. The entry fee for racers is $20.

Food concessions will be available, and the Norfolk Fire Department Auxiliary will host games and prizes for children.
