GOUVERNEUR -- Gouverneur Hospital is hosting a day for parents to get their children registered with the New York State Safe Child ID Card program.
It will be May 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The card has the child’s name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, hair color, eye color and a fingerprint image of both index fingers.
