ALEXANDRIA BAY – The American Military Retirees Association (AMRA), Department of New York, has its Annual Information Day and Convention from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at American Legion Post #904, 9 Rock Street, Alexandria Bay.
Registration is $25, which includes a hot luncheon and refreshments. This is open to all military retirees, 100% VA disabled, Gray-Area retirees, spouses and survivors.
Speakers include representatives from HealthNet Federal Services (TRICARE), US Family Health Plan (Martin’s Point), the Watertown Vet Center, and Fort Drum Retirees Council.
Information on the group’s “Save My TRICARE” campaign will be on hand, as well as valuable factsheets.
