MASSENA -- The New York Power Authority will hold the free annual “Spooktacular” Halloween party at the Hawkins Point Visitors Center Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1 to 3 p.m.
The event will include crafts, games, movies, and pumpkin and face painting. Kids in costume will receive a goodie bag.
Guests can also view the center’s interactive exhibits on waterpower and electricity.
