COLTON – The New Horizons Band plays a floating concert at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 on Higley Flow in the big bay near Cottage Road, sponsored by the Higley Association.
Listeners are invited to come by in any form of watercraft to enjoy the concert by the band, which will be on several pontoon boats anchored together.
Membership in the New Horizons Band is open to anyone over 50, regardless of prior musical experience.
