CANTON -- Nature’s Storehouse, 21 Main St., will host a vegetarian sushi workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 10.
The cost is $5 per person of $10 per family.
“We’ll be continuously wrapping from 6:30 to 8 p.m., so stop in anytime,” said store owner Rainbow Crabtree. “We’ll teach you how to compose, wrap, and cut your own vegetarian sushi. There will be all sorts of veggies to choose from…even pickles and cheese for the kids! Then you can either stay and eat, or take your creation home in a take-out container.”
The sushi will be made with organic brown rice, vegetables, nori, wasabi and ginger.
Proceeds will support the Canton Church and Community food bank.
