MASSENA – A brand new, weeklong Day Camp titled, “Exploring Art & Culture” is planned at the Robert Moses State Park Nature Center at Barnhart Beach, Aug. 9 through Friday, Aug, 13.
Day camps will run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., focusing on a different Culture each day.
Each day, students will explore a culture by making foods, creating art, listening to music and playing games associated with that culture.
The pre-registration fee is $10 per student, per day and the age range is 5 -12 years.
Students should bring drinks and a lunch.
The Nature Center is located in the middle building at Barnhart Beach at Robert Moses State Park. The day camp programs are scheduled as follows:
• Monday: Irish art and culture
• Tuesday: Mexican art and culture
• Wednesday: Italian art and culture
• Thursday: Native American art and culture
• Friday: French art and culture
