CANTON -- St. Lawrence University's Writer Series kicks off its 2016-17 season with naturalist and poet Elizabeth Bradfield in the Sykes Common Room at 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19.
Bradfield is an Audre Lorde Award-winning author of "Interpretive Work," was a finalist for the James Laughlin Award from the Academy of American Poets for "Approaching Ice," and most recently published "Once Removed." Her poetry has also been published in The New York, The Atlantic Monthly, Poetry, Field, The Believer and Orion.
The reading is free and open to the public. St. Lawrence University’s Department of English sponsors The Writer Series.
