CANTON - Author Jaimy Gordon, National Book Award winner for her 2011 novel Lord of Misrule, will speak and read from recent work in an appearance at St. Lawrence University on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 8 p.m. in the Common Room of Sykes Residence Hall.
The event is the first in the University's Writers Series for the spring semester and is open to the public, free of charge.
Lord of Misrule, Gordon's fourth novel, was also a finalist for the PEN/Faulkner Award.
