CHIPMAN -- The next Lifetree Café will focus on “The Mystery of Prayer” at the Nov. 26 meeting at 7 p.m.
“Sixty-three percent of Americans say they pray daily,” says Lifetree Representative Craig Cable. “But does prayer make any difference? Does praying somehow sway God?”
Participants will have a chance to share their own stories about prayer and gain practical suggestions for connecting with God.
Snacks and beverages are available. The café is located in the community room at the Scotch Presbyterian Church.
Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to Noel Allen at 323-1430 or nyallen@twcny.rr.com.
