LISBON -- Lisbon’s annual Homecoming Weekend will be held Friday, Aug. 17 and Saturday, Aug. 18, with a live music, food, sales and fireworks.
Things get started with a historical walk of the hamlet of Lisbon on Friday. The New Buckskins will provide music later at a dance at the American Legion from 8 p.m.-midnight.
Things get started Saturday, Aug. 18 with breakfast served from 7-10 a.m. at the United Presbyterian Church.
A walk/run will step off at 7:30 a.m.
There will be town-wide garage sales held all day. The Hepburn Library will host a book sale from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Depot Day will be held at the Lisbon Depot Station from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
The fire station will serve a chicken barbecue starting at noon.
First Congregational Church Community Hall will host an ice cream social from 3-6 p.m.
Outta the Blue will perform at firemen’s field from 6 p.m. until dusk.
Fireworks will start at dusk.
