POTSDAM – The 13th Annual Motorcycle Run for Hospice & Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley will leave from the Potsdam Moose Lodge, 6907 State Rt. 56 north of the village at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 28.
The ride, again sponsored by “Porky” and Linda Willmart and their many friends and family, will take place rain or shine.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. at the lodge. The blessing of the bikes is at 10:45, and they hit the road at 11.
The charge for a bike and rider is $15, and $5 more for a passenger. If you just want the roast beef dinner, back at the lodge at the end of the run, it is $10.
A poker run with a 50 percent payback is $5 a hand. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, other raffles, and door prizes.
The Willmarts ask everyone to wear DOT-approved helmets.
For additional information, call Porky and Linda at 265-5725.
