POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will host Juanita's 1st Thursday Creations April 2 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., with Moroccan bean soup as the featured dish.
The soup is a vegetarian version of food traditionally served during Ramadan, and is loaded with beans and legumes.
The tasting will be followed by a question and answer session with the co-op’s store manager, Eric Jesner.
