MORLEY – The Morley Wesleyan Church, 7254 County Route 27 will host a “Trunk-or-Treat” event for children Oct. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. Kids can dress up and go car to car to collect goodies from the church parking lot. If it rains activities will be inside the fellowship hall.
Some of the trunk themes this year include Duck Dynasty, Charlotte’s Web, sports teams, and Cupcake Wars.
Many trunks will be interactive, with simple games like ring toss, beanbag toss, stuffed animal adoption, and a corn dig.
The Morley Library Association and Morley Volunteer Fire will also be at the event. Small businesses, home businesses, and other non-profits in their area are encouraged to decorate a trunk, hand out goodies, or host a game. The best dressed trunk wins a prize.
