CANTON -- The Morley History Group will host a meeting Sept. 21 at 2 p.m. at the Morley Library, 7230 County Route 27.
Anyone interested in local history is invited to join to share stories, photos and memorabilia for the Morley area.
The group is an informal group of local people interested in the area history.
Gatherings are held monthly to discuss the homes, farms, businesses and people who settled the Morley area and the generations which followed.
During the recent Morley Community Summer Festival, members of the Morley History Group arranged for tours at the historic Trinity Chapel and the Morley Cemetery. Members of the Harrison-Morley Grist Mill Association will be on the agenda at the September meeting to share their plans for the future of the Grist Mill.
