AKWESASNE -- With last Friday’s opening feature at Mohawk International Raceway washed out due to rain, this Friday night will be extra busy.

The Frenchie’s Built Ford Tough Sportsman, Bailey Motor Company Pro Stocks and CKON 97.3FM Bandits will all have their features originially scheduled for May 20 before the regular May 27 Frenchie’s Chevrolet program begins.

Rain also washed out the second of two 20-lap features for the Frenchie’s Chevrolet 358 Modifieds last week, and that race will be made up on Friday, June 3.

After the May 20 features conclude, the this Friday’s regular program will begin with qualifying heats and features including the opener of the Frenchie’s Chevrolet American Revolution Series for the 358 Modifieds. In addition to the $2,000 to win “Memorial Cup” race for the 358 Modifieds, Frenchie’s Chevrolet has also offered a $1,000 bonus to the feature winner for the Modifieds, a $650 bonus to the Sportsman winner, a $250 bonus to the Pro Stock race winner and a $100 bonus for the Bandit race winner.

On Friday, June 3, 101.5 The Fox and Harley Davidson will sponsor a full show of Frenchie’s Chevrolet 358 Modifieds, Frenchie’s Built Ford Tough Sportsman, Bailey Motor Company Pro Stocks and the first race in the CKON 97.3FM Bandit Series, in addition to the 20-lap Modified feature held over from May 20.

On Friday June 10, Saratoga Eagles will highlight the program with a regular show of Modifieds, Sportsman, Pro Stocks and Bandits.
