AKWESASNE -- After rain forced a cancellation last Friday night, Mohawk International Raceway will host the first round of the Frenchie’s Ford “Go Further” Sportsman Series, along with a visit from the TUSA Mod Lite Series Friday, June 14.
Dylan Evoy is the two-time defending track champion. Of the six races held in the series, Evoy has won five times. Gilles Godard ended Evoy’s streak at five consecutive victories in the final race last season.
The regular Modifieds and Pro Stocks races will also be held.
The gates will open at 4 p.m., with the races to get underway at 7:30 p.m.
Pit admission will be $27 with a DIRTcar license and $32 without.
Grandstand admission will be $14, free for kids under age 12.
