HEUVELTON -- Heuvelton Central School, St. Lawrence County STOP-DWI, state troopers, LifeNet, Frary Funeral Home, the Heuvelton Volunteer Fire Department and Ogdensburg Rescue will host a mock DWI accident on May 7.
Students in grades 9 to 12 will have see a mock multi-vehicle accident involving an impaired driver.
Local emergency agencies will participate in creating the scenario, while student actors play drivers and passengers, complete with make up and simulated injuries.
The school says they are hosting the event in light of prom and graduation season.
