POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St., will offer an introduction to Microsoft Word classes Jan. 26 and Feb. 16 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Participants will learn skills needed to construct a letter or other document and a table using Microsoft Word.
The most useful components of the “Word” program will be discussed, including font style, color and size, setting margins, page orientation, line and paragraph spacing and shortcuts to bold, italic and underlined type.
The class will be taught using Windows 7/office suite 2010.
Participants should be comfortable using a mouse and be familiar with the keyboard.
