MASSENA -- The metaphysical discussion group "Metaphysically Speaking" will meet on Nov. 8 in the Massena Public Library from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
There will be a presentation titled "Total Recovery - How We Get Sick - Why We Stay Sick and How We Can Recover."
This is based on the latest research of Gary Kaplan.
He offers treatment to those with chronic illness including chronic pain and chronic depression.
This is a continuation of last month's workshop and will include a short review for those that did not attend part one.
The event is free and open to the public.
