MASSENA—The Northern New York Power Proceeds Allocation Board is scheduled to meet Wednesday, June 13 at 3 p.m. at the New York Power Authority’s St. Lawrence-Franklin D. Roosevelt Power Project visitors center, 21 Hawkins Point Rd.
The power proceeds board is expected to make funding recommendations under legislation signed into law by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to apply the net earnings of the market-sale of un-utilized hydropower from New York Power Authority’s St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project to support economic development in St. Lawrence County.
The meeting is open to the public and will be video streamed at www.nypa.gov/nnyppab.
