POTSDAM – The Community Performance Series based at SUNY Potsdam will once again offer the Meet the Arts Series this year.
The series features educational and family-friendly theatre, and provides opportunities for school-day performances for students from local school districts.
Meet the Arts is funded in part by the Maresca Family Endowment for the Arts, the Corning Incorporated Foundation and The Sweetgrass Foundation.
This year's CPS Meet the Arts Series performances include:
• Crane Opera Ensemble production of "Mayo" on Thursday, Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m.;
• Theater Heroes production of "Call of the Wild" on Monday, March 25 at 9:30 a.m. and noon;
• SUNY Potsdam Department of Theatre and Dance production of "Wiley and the Hairy Man" on Friday, March 29 at 9 a.m. and noon; and
• National Players production of "Twelfth Night" on Thursday, May 9 at 9:30 a.m. and noon.
