MASSENA -- The Massena Senior Citizens will host local artist Wilson Bickford Saturday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Bickford will give a hands-on-instructional course in oil painting.

A $40 fee will cover the supplies and instruction.

The class will be at the Community Center, 61 Beach St., in the left-senior wing of the building.
