MASSENA -- The Robert Moses Nature Center is hosting three upcoming events.
A story walk with the Massena Public Library is slated for Nov. 8 from 10 to 11 a.m. The walk will lead participants to a paved trail with a storybook on display, which will be followed by a fun activity. It is appropriate for all ages. Those taking part should meet at the Nature Center trailhead sign.
"Project Tweet and Treat" is set for Nov. 15 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Those participating will help Nature Center staff maintain and monitor three bird-feeding stations. Meet at the trailhead.
On Nov. 22, the center will host "Swamp School Fun!" with biologist Joel Danko. He lead a group to explore a wetland. No one will go in the water, but event organizers suggest dressing for weather. All ages are welcome. Event organizers ask that those interested in participating pre-register.
Pre-registration, info about any event: ncrebirth@yahoo.com or 705-5022.
