MASSENA -- The Massena Public Library, 41 Glenn St., will host two events in anticipation of author William Kamkwamba's lecture at Clarkson University's convocation on Sunday, Aug. 28.
On Tuesday, Aug. 23, the library will facilitate a book discussion on Kamkwamba's "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind" at 7 p.m.
The library will host a wind power program at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24. and members of the community will have the opportunity to learn about and construct their own windmills.
