MASSENA -- Massena Memorial Hospital will host SMART Recovery meetings at 7 p.m. every Thursday in its lower level conference room.
The non-religious program is for people suffering from any addictive behavior.
“The goal of SMART Recovery is for members to achieve a healthy, positive and balanced lifestyle so they can conquer new challenges,” MMH said in a prepared statement. “For over two decades SMART Recovery has been offering free support groups, either face-to-face or online, helping people learn self-empowering tools and providing support for each other in recovery. “
SMART stands for Self- Management And Recovery Training.
