MASSENA -- The Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation seeks teams for its seventh “Droppin’ the Gloves on Cancer” hockey tournament, which raises money for women dealing with breast and gynecological cancers in the North Country.
Proceeds are shared between Massena Memorial Hospital and the Canton-Potsdam Hospital Cancer Center.
Games will be played Oct. 16 to 18 at the Tri-Town Arena in Brasher.
There are three divisions, one of which is co-ed.
Teams can have up to 20 players.
People can buy a “Pink Seat” in honor of a woman affected by breast or gynecological cancer.
