Massena High School students to present the musical 'Beauty and the Beast' March 20, 21

MASSENA -- Massena High School students and directors are preparing for this year’s upcoming spring musical production, “Beauty and the Beast.”

The show is scheduled for Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. both nights.

Tickets are $11 and can be purchased at the high school box office or online.

This year’s cast features not only 29 high school students, but also 12 students from grades 3 to 8.

The cast includes Tiffany Alderson as Belle, Jarrett Harvey as Lefou, Reed Chapman as Gaston, Simon Lagarry as Maurice, Koeby Judware as Cogsworth, Joey Pease as Lumiere, Darien Fiacco as Babette, Silken Kershner as Mrs. Potts, Brody Lecuyer as Beast, Emily Allen as Wardrobe, River Phillips as Monsieur D'Arque and Kristen Page, Nicole Stenlake and Rachel Devine as silly girls and ensemble. Townspeople, enchanted objects and dance roles include Abby Treers, Ashna Gupta, Olivia Nemier, Carly Amo, Rylee Locey, Monica Kirkey, Olivia George, Matt Drake, Thomas Stearns, Jaden Francis and Jarrid Gardner. Townchildren and enchanted objects will also be played by grade three through eight students including Alivia Morris, Aidan Aldous, Zachary Wells, Alyssa Fountaine, Madeline Tusa, Stephanie Gardner, Juliana Miller, Emmalyn Taraska, Noah Love, Jocelynn Love, Jillian Chapman and Mekayla Fountaine.
