MASSENA -- The Harvest Festival originally scheduled for today will be postponed due to harsh weather conditions expected due to the effects from hurricane Matthew.
"We will prep to have the festival the following weekend Saturday, Oct. 15," Massena Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nate Lashomb said in a prepared statement.
The festival will feature vendors, live music, food and a haunted walk, as well as a haunted house.
However, the haunted house will continue to operate today from noon to 9 p.m. in the chamber offices.
