MASSENA -- The Friends of the Nature Center at Robert Moses State Park will host a monthly “walking club” beginning Saturday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m.
The program is part of the Mind, Body, Soul – Come Alive! grant from Alcoa Foundation.
The club is designed for anyone who wants to shed a few pounds or get fit. Pedometers will be available and log books will be given to the first ten participants to make a monthly commitment. Snowshoes will be available. Dress for the weather.
