MASSENA – The Massena Arena, Harte Haven Plaza, State Rt. 37 and Main Street, hosts sponsored public skating and shinny hockey sessions beginning this Friday.
The public skating schedule is:
• Friday, Dec. 23, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., sponsored by Harte Haven Shopping Center
• Saturday, Dec. 24, 10 a.m. to noon, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club
• Monday, Dec. 26, noon to 2 p.m., sponsored by Massena Chamber of Commerce
• Tuesday, Dec. 27, 10 a.m. to noon, sponsored by Massena Permanent Firefighters
• Wednesday, Dec. 28, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., sponsored by BPO Elks
• Thursday, Dec. 29, 9 to 11 a.m., sponsored by MCS Dress Down Day
11 a.m. to 1 p.m., sponsored by Massena Volunteer Rescue Squad
• Friday, Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to noon, sponsored by Moser’s Custom Trim Shop.
Shinny hockey, at $5 per skater per session, is set for:
• Friday, Dec. 23, 1 to 3 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 24, noon to 2 p.m.
• Monday, Dec. 26, 2 to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, Dec. 27, noon to 2 p.m. andf 2 to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 28, 1 to 3 and 3 to 5 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 29, 3 to 5 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 30, noon to 2 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m.
