Masonic Lodges in St. Lawrence County are selling apples to raise money for charities. All money raised is donated locally. Masons are offering four apple varieties: Cortland, McIntosh, Empire, and Red Delicious, as well as apple cider. Apples cost $7 per peck or $13.50 a half-bushel. Cider is $7 a gallon. The apples will arrive Oct. 13, and the Masons will deliver apple orders directly to customers. Orders are due by Oct. 6. Contact a Mason to place an order.
