CANTON -- A new road-racing event, The Maple Run, will debut April 22 featuring a half marathon and 5K.
The Maple Run celebrates the end of winter in the North Country. Half marathon participants will receive a custom race medal, and all race participants will receive a shirt and maple product.
Registration is open through April 20; limited day of race registration.
The event will begin and end at Taylor Park Road with an 8:30 a.m. start time.
Proceeds will benefit local cross-country teams.
