GOUVERNEUR – For those Maple product lovers out there, the Maple producers’ sugar house at the St. Lawrence County Fair, Aug. 2 through Aug. 8, will be featuring foods drizzled with the stuff.

A breakfast of pancakes, French toast, sausage and pure Maple syrup will be served from 7 a.m. to noon every day, while a sampling of Maple-infused cotton candy, milk shakes, sundaes, and other products and drinks will be served from noon to 9 p.m.
