Actress Noelle Hannibal, who appeared in the film "Star Trek: First Contact," will be the first celebrity guest at the event.
The Potsdam volunteer community group North Country Crusaders is expected to be in attendance as well.
This year the Malone Comic Con is merging with the Canton-based NNY GamesCon.
