CANTON -- Cornell Cooperative Extension, 2043B State Highway 68, will host a Make Your Own Goat Cheese class from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9.
The class will be led by Susan Wilson, a Nubian goat owner who has been making cheese for years, and NNY Regional Milk Marketing and Processing Specialist Anika Zuber.
The cost of the class is $10 per family, payable at the door.
