CANTON -- The Main Squeeze will bring their blend of funk, soul and rock-n-roll to the St. Lawrence University campus on Thursday, Feb. 25.
The performance takes place at the Java Barn, 5 University Plaza at 8 p.m.
The band has been touring North America with previous performances in Los Angeles and Brooklyn and future dates planned in Montreal and Boston.
The Chicago-based band formed about five years ago and includes vocalist Corey Frye, Max Newman on guitar, Ben Silverstein on keyboards, Jeremiah Hunt on bass and Reuben Gingrich on drums.
They have released three albums including “First Drops” and “The Main Squeeze” and “Mind Your Head” which was released in Sept. 2015 and produced by former American Idol judge and music produced Randy Jackson.
They have shared the stage with The Roots and Jane’s Addiction among others.
