MADRID -- Students at Madrid-Waddington Elementary School hope to raise at least $400 in donations for the school during a book fair collection drive April 22 to April 25.
The money is being collected as part of the Scholastic Book Fairs All for Books program.
The donations will be used to purchase books for elementary students. All donors will be recognized at the fair with personalized book slips.
Scholastic will match the contributions with book donations to the Kids In Need Foundation and Kids in Distressed Situations, Inc.
The Scholastic Book Fair, sponsored by the PTO, will be April 28th to May 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
