MADRID -- The Madrid-Waddington Drama Club is presenting a “10 Minute Festival” featuring one-act comedies by David Ives and Christopher Durang on Nov. 11 and 12 at 7 p.m. at the school.
The show is comprised of eight one-act comedies timed at 10 minutes or less.
These award-winning playwright’s comedies rely on ordinary situations presented in unique ways.
The show is full of offbeat comedy and is directed by Trudy Caswell-Ryan, Drama Club advisor and English teacher.
The artistic director is Patty VanPatten. The stage managers are seniors Marlaina Bush and Carlie Stoner. The props manager is sophomore Grace LePage.
The cast includes Jake Seguin, Tyler Allen, Maria Langford, Emily Giorgi, Allyson Giorgi, Katharine Dinneen, Emily Bracy, Natalie Eggleston, Emily Pelkey and Alexis Wells.
Tickets are $5 and will be available at the door.
