MADRID – The Madrid Rescue Squad is staging its annual Memory Tree fundraiser.
Bulbs are $1 and available at the Madrid Community Bank.
Bulb’s are available by mail from the squad by sending name, name of the person to be remembered and $1 to Madrid Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 129, Madrid 13660.
Checks can be made out to Madrid Rescue Squad with “Memory Tree” on the memo line.
The community is invited to the Memory Tree lighting on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. by the Christmas tree on the town square.
