GOUVERNEUR -- A Lunch and Learn program hosted by Gouverneur Hospital in its east wing community room will be held Oct. 24, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
The two topics for this month’s program are “What is the Swing Bed Program” by Renee Smith and “Otago (A Home Based) Exercise for Balance” by Valerie Storie.
This program is free and open to the community.
The session will include a presentation, lunch and time for questions.
Advance reservations are required by Oct. 23.
