POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Hankfest Charity Group will host "The Loretta Lynn Birthday Celebration for Seniors" on Saturday, April 4, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the community room at the Potsdam Civic Center, 2 Park St.
There will be refreshments and a "honky-tonk" angel food cake.
The Potsdam Public Library will show the movie "The Coal Miner's Daughter," the film adaptation of Lynn's 1976 autobiography. Info: 265-7230.
