CANTON – A maple-sugaring workshop will be hosted March 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. This fun and educational work party, organized by the Local Living Venture and Dr. Ian McKellar, will teach the drilled tap and bucket method, transporting to the sugaring house and taking in all that goes with the boiling down process.
The workshop is ideal for participants interested in operating their own small-scale operation. The class is weather dependent.
The class costs $5 per person.
